Yes, candidates need an updated CV in PDF format for registering in the portal. However, if they don’t have one then they can create one with respect to the latest CV format available on internet for maximum attention of the Employer.
Here at sharkedutech.com, every day we get hundreds and thousands of CVs in our platform which undergoes screening by the HR department. However, the employers will choose the CVs that they find potential enough and will directly communicate for further interview process.

All the interviews are conducted directly by the Employer, hence the selection of a particular candidate is the sole discretion of the interview panel of that particular company.
